Tenants

For a new Tenancy, tentants pay a one off fee of £95.00
This is an administration fee which covers all the fees for taking
up references on the tenants and guarantors.

All tenants pay is one months rent in advance and the
administration fee.

The tenants one month bond is secured in accordance
with the new Goverment Legistation- as from 6th April 2007.
Brita Properties & Management Ltd is registered with The
Deposit Protection Service.
